Thank goodness I'm taking a class that will force me to work on that.
The class covers what it says in the title. Our first assignment was to choose any structure in Savannah, GA and illustrate it however we wanted. I chose a cute little art studio in town and turned it into a donut shop.

Not much to explain. From there I gridded out the photograph and took some artistic liberties with it.
