Putting those summaries together is always fun. This year I drew lots of rainbow dinosaurs and found out that people like when I draw rainbow dinosaurs. Win-win!
Freelance work put me behind schedule on drawing my webcomic, Taking Back Toku. That's alright. I'm proud of what I was able to accomplish this year alone.
A goal that I did manage to meet, however, was completing my third Tijuana journal comic.
A fourth short story is certainly on schedule for next year. After that, I hope to compile everything into a single volume. I've really enjoyed this project over the years.
More is ahead in 2020. It's been a busy year.
- My graphic novel was released
- I went to the ALA Conference and spoke on a discussion panel
- I attended C2E2 for the first time as a guest speaker
- I launched my Patreon and produced 65+ pages of my new webcomic
It's all been great and I'm looking forward to what's next. Here's a final 2019 sketch dump:
